The house has a spacious open plan, ground floor, living area, leading out onto a patio and into the garden.  The sitting room has a smart TV and DVD, as well as iPod dock, with speakers throughout the ground floor, the upstairs master bedroom and en suite and the pool room.   

There is a large dining area leading off to a fully equipped kitchen, with two large fridges, two ovens, microwave and dishwasher.  There is a study area behind a sliding wall with a printer.   The house has wifi.
