The House
36a is located on a quiet street within the heart of Franschhoek village, about 50 minutes from Cape Town and in the heart of the wine growing region of the Western Cape. It’s a short walk into Franschhoek village, with easy access to restaurants and shops.
Living Area
The house has a spacious open plan, ground floor, living area, leading out onto a patio and into the garden. The sitting room has a smart TV and DVD, as well as ipod deck, with speakers throughout the ground floor, the upstairs master bedroom and en suite and the pool room.
Out Door Living
There is comfortable seating around the pool providing for sunny and shaded spots, throughout the day, in the private garden with a lemon and lime tree, as well as olive trees.
